Raises funds to help those in need. Chairman: Nichole Geisser Co- Chairman: Susie Smith and Virginia Vaughn Finance and Budget Monitors the finances of the Board. Recommends annual budget to the Board of Directors. Chairman: Mike Wietor Vice Chairman: Robert 'Bob" Mortensen Governmental Affairs Acts as the Board's lobbyists to State, County, and Municipal legislators and keeps the members informed of any proposed legislation affecting private property rights or the real estate profession. Chairman: Archie Grant Vice Chairman: Heidi Scott Grievance Screening Committee for complaints. Acts as Grand Jury, establishes probable cause or determines an arbitral matter. FAR PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS TRAINING PROGRAM MANDATORY TO SERVE. Chairman: Pamela Leeson Vice Chairman: John Keating Installation Plans annual Inaugural Ball, sells tickets and solicits sponsors. Chairman: Victoria Hanson Vice Chairman: Bonnie Gould Member Services Develops and promotes ideas for attracting new members while encouraging retention of current members. Chairman: Steve Cohen Vice-Chairman: Deborah Dowd Gibes Multiple Listing Service Oversees and enforces the MLS Rules and Regulations to safeguard the integrity of the MLS database. Performs periodic and systematic review of MLS forms and policy. Chairman: Victor Asencio Vice Chairman: Brad Cappuzzo Professional Standards Hears testimony and receives evidence in hearings (both Ethics and Arbitration). Determines if a violation exists or who was procuring cause. TO SERVE IN THIS COMMITTEE IT IS MANDATORY TO ATTEND THE FAR PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS TRAINING PROGRAM. Chairman: Bob Lydzinski Vice Chairman: Liz Shuey Program Arranges general membership breakfasts, solicits sponsors, plans program and speakers. Chairman: Sharon Muscella Vice Chairman: Pat Arbino REALTOR-ASSOCIATE® Works toward creating and maintaining a feeling of unity and camaraderie among members by providing a forum for networking opportunities, planning social functions, specifically the Picnic/Softball Tournament and the Annual Party. Chairman: Sheryl Hartley Vice Chairman: Debborah Dowd Gibes Standard Forms Systematically reviews all Board Standard Forms and makes recommendations for updating to comply with current market environment and laws.
